VirtualTourdesigners.com now offers unlimited virtual tours and still images. All tours come standard with 360 degree images and still images of every room (excluding garages, bathrooms, storage areas, etc). This is accomplished by now pricing the tour according to the square footage of the home. From the front to the back, Virtual Tour Designers will showcase your home to the fullest.
Basic Virtual Tour
$160 - 2400 sqft or less
$200 - 2401 to 4800 sqft
$240 - 4801+ sqft
$120 - Lots/Under Construction(mainly exterior shots, 1 - 3 interior shots if under construction)

On-Site Time: 30 - 60 minutes, tour will be accessible within 5 days of on-site completion.

With FLOORPLAN ADD-ON
Does your property have limited showing times, marketing to clients out of town, or just want to stand out above the rest? If your answer is yes, then adding a floor plan is your next step. We provide a basic floor layout of room locations, stairs, doors, etc. We go one step further and link each picture to the respective room, so as the viewer is moving the mouse over the floorplan they can see exactly what image corresponds to the room! (if you need floorplans independent of the virtual tour, please contact us for a pricing quote)

On-Site Time: 60 - 90 minutes
HOSTING FEE
Hosting is free for the first 12 months with virtual tour order.
$120 - for each 6 month hosting period thereafter.
