 Virtual Tour Designers is expanding its operations and looking for Independent Sales Representatives from Florida to North Carolina.
This is an opportunity in sales to be paid what you earned, not the standard one-time sales commission, but residual commission paying you over and over for the life of the client contract and your contracted employment with Virtual Tour Designers.
Qualifications:

Prior direct sales experience required.
- Photography experience is helpful but not necessary as we would train.

Property management and, or real estate experience helpful but not necessary.
Work entails:
- Contacting short-term property management companies to inform them of our service.

Acquire Virtual Tour contracts for vacation management properties.
- Photographing both virtual tours and still images.
- Floor-plan sketching.
- Monthly maintenance of your client property base. Product update of new client properties.
- Submission of virtual tour images, still images and floor plans to our company office.
- Adhering to the terms and conditions of Virtual Tour Designers independent representative contract and that of the standards expected as a representative of Virtual Tour Designers and each contracted client.
Our Commission Structure
If you can sell, the rest is easy. Our commission plan is generous and a great incentive to a self-motivated sales person.
As an agent, you receive a percentage of each monthly payment made from each and every client you contracted. Not a one-time commission check, but a monthly residual check that lasts the life of the client contract as long as you remain an agent of the company - a powerful monthly income generator for successful sales agents.
By establishing client contracts, the residual income of those contracts you hold gives you the freedom to pursue more contracts. The more you can sell, the more in residual income you can make.
Your Schedule
As an Independent Sales Representative, your schedule is flexible as you would work as an independent contractor. Set your own schedule, work when you want to work. We are only interested in results, not a time clock. The only requirement is the expectation to acquire contracts and service the clients.
